1. Imprisonment for life’s kinda harsh, don’t you think? Unless it is for the worst case of harassment, namely rape / molestation.

   “Both MLAs were booked under Section 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act for procuring persons for prostitution. If convicted, they would have to undergo three-month imprisonment or pay a fine of Rs. 20,000 or suffer both punishments.”

   … and I wonder how much Rs.20k and 3 months in prison can threaten such criminals!!!
