These are my favorites. I tried making them at home, but the batter never sticks to the pepper like they do it.
I think they add some soda to the batter (don’t know if that makes it stick but it gives it a nice fluffy texture). and in my husband’s town, they stuff the chilli with onions and unknowns – oh so yummy!
I remember eating at this very shack when we were there in Pondicherry last Diwali. 🙂
