In an earlier life, I worked as a qualitative researcher and ethnographer for 15 years. So those research training and interviewing skills serve me well now as a journalist.
Over the years, I have been a blogger for The New York Times, a columnist for the South China Morning Post, a TedX speaker, and an author.
I have a Bachelor’s degree with a University rank in Economics and postgraduate degrees from MICA (Marketing Communications) and the LSE (Social Research and Social Psychology). However, I have not let any of this interfere with my education. Mark Twain would approve.
